How Services Work in Bookings

Services let you offer things like delivery, setup, or cleaning alongside your rental items. They take just a few seconds to create and immediately become available when adding bookings.

All your services live under Services → Manage. From here you can edit a service's name, description, or pricing at any time.

Once created, services automatically appear as a multi-select option in Bookings → Add. When you're building a booking, just pick the relevant services from the list.
A few things worth knowing:
Services are not availability-based — they don't have a quantity or stock limit.
Services are not tied to employee calendars — availability isn't affected by your team's schedule.
Think of them as flat add-ons you attach to a booking, not as schedulable resources.

💡 Tip: Keep service names short and clear — your team will see them in a dropdown when creating bookings, so "Delivery" works better than "Standard Delivery Service to Client Location."
