Services let you offer things like delivery, setup, or cleaning alongside your rental items. They take just a few seconds to create and immediately become available when adding bookings.

Create a Service

Go to Services → Add

Navigate to the Services section and choose Add.

Fill in the fields

Enter the Name and Price for the service.

Save

Click Save. Your new service is ready to use.

Manage Existing Services

All your services live under Services → Manage. From here you can edit a service's name, description, or pricing at any time.

How Services Work in Bookings

Once created, services automatically appear as a multi-select option in Bookings → Add. When you're building a booking, just pick the relevant services from the list.

A few things worth knowing:

  • Services are not availability-based — they don't have a quantity or stock limit.

  • Services are not tied to employee calendars — availability isn't affected by your team's schedule.

  • Think of them as flat add-ons you attach to a booking, not as schedulable resources.

💡 Tip: Keep service names short and clear — your team will see them in a dropdown when creating bookings, so "Delivery" works better than "Standard Delivery Service to Client Location."
