# Requiply documentation

Product documentation for Requiply rental operations.

Requiply helps rental businesses manage inventory, services, bookings, the client portal customers book on, reports, and workspace settings from one operational system.

Use this documentation to learn how each area of Requiply works, how pages connect to one another, and which settings affect day-to-day workflows.

## Main areas

* **Get started**: Set up a workspace, prepare the first rental catalog, and understand the core workflow.
* **Requiply Assistant**: Ask the built-in AI assistant how Requiply works, and let it draft booking emails, printable documents, and client messages.
* **Dashboard**: Start the day with today's pickups and returns, overdue bookings, and a summary of what Requiply did for you this month.
* **Inventory**: Manage rental items, item tasks, availability, pricing, item creation, and QR code and barcode labels.
* **Services**: Manage service offerings and create new services that can be sold with bookings.
* **Reports**: Review analytics and operational performance.
* **Booking**: Create, manage, schedule, and track bookings.
* **Client Portal**: Your public site at `portal.requiply.com/<your code>`, where customers book on their own and sign in to follow, pay for, and cancel their bookings.
* **Settings**: Configure organization details, users, locations, payments, pricing, workflows, and booking rules.
