The Settings page is where you configure everything about your organization — from business details and team access to payment integrations and booking rules. Changes here affect your invoices, website, and day-to-day operations.
Organization Settings
Information
Edit your organization's name, contact details, logo, and other business info. This data appears on your invoices, your public website, and anywhere your organization is referenced across Requiply.
Accounts
Add, invite, or remove users from your organization. Control who has access to your Requiply workspace and manage their roles.
Manage Locations
Add physical locations tied to your business — like a warehouse, pickup point, or office. Locations show up on your invoices and appear during website checkout so customers know where to pick up their rental.
Localization
Switch your Requiply interface and public-facing content between Ukrainian and English.
Employees
Create employee profiles with hourly or daily rates. Once added, employees can be assigned to services — useful for tracking labor costs and scheduling.

Payments
Connect a payment provider to accept online payments. Currently, Requiply supports Plata by Mono integration.
Bookings Settings
Dates Buffer
Control how start and end date buffers work for your bookings. Buffers add padding between rentals — giving you time to prepare items before the next customer picks them up.
